Admission to Immanuel Lutheran School is open to anyone seeking a Christ-centered education with high academic standards regardless of race, creed, or ethnicity.
RACIALLY NON-DISCRIMINATORY POLICY:
Immanuel Lutheran School admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to all students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarships, loan programs, and athletic programs or school administered programs.
To enroll in prekindergarten a child must be 4 years old by August 1.
To enroll in kindergarten a child must be 5 years old by August 1.
REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
The parents of prospective pupils must fill out a registration form.
The parents must confer with the principal before acceptance of enrollment is considered.
The necessary medical information and forms must be provided along with the record of a medical exam upon entering school. Preschool requires only a record of immunization. A birth certificate is required of all students.
Parents must agree to provide for the transfer of all pertinent records, especially those that relate to any special services needs of the child.
The school principal must determine prospective students’ acceptance after all previous school records have been received and evaluated. If the principal is unable to perform this task the school board will carry it out in the most appropriate manner.
After acceptance, the enrollment fees must be paid and arrangements for tuition payments must be made before the child is permitted to attend.
